Policies

Cancelations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
  • Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of your deposit-you will not be charged the remaining balance.
  • If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All services are final-we do not offer refunds. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours.

Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot and will be applied toward your service total.
  • Appointments must be booked online via our booking system. Walk-ins are not accepted.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
  • Deposits can only be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • First-time clients must complete a consent form before their appointment.


Health & Safety

Please inform your Esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session to ensure the treatment is safe and effective. Some services may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., contagious illnesses, open wounds, or recent surgeries). We reserve the right to refuse service if the Esthetician deems it unsafe.


Spa Etiquette

• Any inappropriate behavior, such as harassment or offensive language, will result in the termination of the session and future service denial. 

• For safety and focus, only the client receiving the service may be in the treatment area unless special accommodations are requested ahead of time and Esthetician is aware of extra guest (i.g. parent guardian, Child etc)


Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you have any concerns or issues regarding your service please inform your Esthetician immediately so that we can address the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, depending on the nature of the concern, we may offer a complimentary touch-up or adjustment within 7 days of the original appointment. Adjustments will not be offered if aftercare instructions were not followed or if external factors (e.g., sunburn, excessive sweating)
